This checklist was designed by the team at Emutate - a software company that has spent 7+ years helping businesses throughout the world. We built our own AI product (Proma AI). We've seen what separates businesses that successfully implement AI from those that waste their budget on tools that don't stick. The answer is almost always readiness - and readiness can be measured.
